These Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the okeygames Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement ("Agreement") between you ("Player," "User," "you") and okeygames ("okeygames," "we," "us," "our") with respect to your use of the okeygames website located at okeygames.vip and all services, games, and features accessible through that platform (collectively, the "Platform").

Your use of the okeygames Platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, registering an account, depositing funds, accepting a bonus, placing a wager, or requesting a withdrawal — constitutes your express and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. This Agreement is legally binding.

• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order — whether self-imposed through the okeygames Platform or imposed by a regulatory authority.

okeygames reserves the right to require proof of age and identity at any time. Where okeygames has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player does not meet the eligibility requirements above, okeygames may suspend the account, withhold withdrawals, and refer the matter to relevant regulatory authorities. Any deposits made by an ineligible Player will be returned using the same payment method used for the original deposit, less any processing fees incurred.

To access the full range of okeygames services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and contact email address where applicable.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: okeygames is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing the first withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Accepted documents include:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Philippine Passport
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Voter's ID issued by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC)
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID

KYC documents must be legible, unexpired, and submitted in the format requested by the okeygames compliance team. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC verification is successfully completed. okeygames may request additional documentation where the initial submission is insufficient for identity verification purposes.

You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change after registration. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okeygames account credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

okeygames will never contact you by SMS, email, or chat message to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from okeygames that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

You are liable for all activity conducted through your okeygames account, whether or not authorized by you, unless and until you notify okeygames of unauthorized access. Upon receiving notice of suspected unauthorized access, okeygames will take reasonable steps to secure the account, which may include temporary suspension.

okeygames employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption on all pages and data transmissions. However, okeygames cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet and accepts no liability for interception or compromise of data outside of the okeygames Platform infrastructure.

okeygames offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, and payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds not wagered within the specified period will be forfeited without notice.
• okeygames reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only winnings generated from the wagering of bonus funds (once wagering requirements are met) are eligible for withdrawal.
• Attempting to manipulate bonus offers through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or any other fraudulent method will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of the promotion will take precedence.

All games available on the okeygames Platform are operated in accordance with the rules specific to each game title. In the event of a discrepancy between the game result displayed on your screen and the okeygames server records, the server records shall prevail and are deemed definitive.

okeygames is not responsible for errors arising from technical faults on the Player's device, internet connection issues, browser incompatibility, or interruptions in mobile network service. If a game session is interrupted before its natural conclusion due to a technical fault on the okeygames server, any unsettled wager at the time of the interruption will be resolved in accordance with the rules of the game provider for the relevant title.

okeygames reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of a technical error that affected the outcome of the game, or where a game has been configured incorrectly. In such cases, the original wager amount will be returned to the Player's account.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee results over any individual session or short-term period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okeygames Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the okeygames Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by a person under 21;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with the Platform, circumvent security measures, or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, unauthorized use of payment methods, or identity fraud;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's games or systems;
• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering or any other criminal activity;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication directed at okeygames staff or other Platform users.

okeygames employs fraud detection systems and monitors Platform activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected or suspected, okeygames reserves the right to freeze account funds pending investigation without prior notice to the Player.

okeygames is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It carries inherent financial risk, and for some individuals, it can become a problem. okeygames takes this reality seriously and has implemented the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from the Player account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can configure automatic reminders at 1-hour, 2-hour, or 4-hour intervals during active gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for periods of 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, login, deposits, and gameplay are disabled.

okeygames grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of okeygames.

Game content, including titles, artwork, mechanics, and audio-visual elements, is the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is used by okeygames under license. Any unauthorized use of such content is a breach of these Terms and may constitute infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okeygames, its directors, officers, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenues, or anticipated winnings;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform;
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in the Platform that are outside of okeygames' reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or third-party service provider failures;
• Any unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or e-wallet service providers.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, okeygames' liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in that jurisdiction.

okeygames' aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their okeygames account in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

okeygames reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Non-compliance with a regulatory direction or law enforcement request;
• Account inactivity in accordance with the dormant account provisions in Section 5.4;
• At okeygames' sole discretion, where continued operation of the account is determined to be contrary to okeygames' regulatory obligations or business interests.

Upon termination, any real-money balance in your account (after deduction of bonus funds, applicable fees, and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. Funds subject to active fraud investigation may be held for the duration of the investigation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players retain any rights to which they are entitled under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.

These Terms do not limit or exclude any rights you may have under mandatory Philippine consumer protection laws that cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.
